Shipping Services

We have partnered with leading logistics providers in India to ensure safe and efficient delivery, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

  • Other trusted courier partners

Shipping Timeframes

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

  • Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 4 to 5 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivered within 5 to 6 business days

Note: COD orders require an additional 1 day for verification before dispatch.

Order Processing

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Order Dispatch:
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Order Tracking:
After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email or message so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • COD Orders: Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery orders due to handling and verification.

Delivery Guidelines

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Dakshin Vastra is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If you miss delivery, please coordinate directly with the courier service.

COD Order Verification

Mandatory Verification:
All COD orders require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Verification Timeline:

  • Our team will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order

  • If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order may be canceled

International Shipping

Currently, Dakshin Vastra ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays & Exceptions

Unforeseen Delays:
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues.

Pincode Limitations:
Some locations may have limited courier service availability. In such cases, we will inform you and try to arrange an alternative solution.
